The
Business Resource Group is an association of highly qualified and experienced
professionals helping private parties buy, sell, acquire or merge businesses. While
our primary operations are in the General Business
Brokerage area -- transactions with a value less than $500,000 -- our staff
includes highly qualified
Associates who are experienced in
transactions in the $500,000 to $5,000,000 range.

As a financial intermediary, we
regard ourselves as experienced dealmakers regardless of the size of the
transaction. Our objective is a
WIN-WIN situation. Other financial
intermediaries are banks, mortgage brokers, investment bankers, even attorneys and accountants who regularly work in
transferring business assets.
The Business Investment
Specialist or Sales Associate representing BRG is knowledgeable and trained in
the process of selling businesses. They
fully understand our policy of WIN-WIN SELLING. BRG,
however, does not guarantee or warrant information provided by the buyer or
seller. We do make every effort to present all material facts as we become aware of
them. We do not provide legal nor
financial advice. The buyer or
seller is advised to consult his own expert advisors.

Our reputation
speaks for itself. Over the years
the professionals at BRG have established a network of buyers and sellers
nationwide. Not only do they
include the Valley Board of Business Brokers (a metro-Phoenix association of
80+ business brokers), the International Business Brokers Association as well
as private investors and acquisition oriented million dollar corporations. Whether
you are interested in a $90,000 business or in a $2,000,000 or more
company, BRG, has the network in place to assist you.

Like the small investor in the stock market, individuals and families are following the American Dream and seeking financial independence by owning their own business. These high spirited people represent "Main Street" America -- the proprietors of the deli, the laundry, the gift shop, the fast food restaurant. BRG helps them through the seemingly complicated process of buying and selling a business.

BRG also provides
computerized evaluations to arrive at a fair market value for the business. Standard
accounting formulas; such as, capitalization of earnings, projected earnings,
excess earnings,
discounted cash flows, etc are
used to provide a range of values. In addition, BRG specialists also have
several financial analysis programs to assist in evaluating a prospective
purchase.
